When I first heard,
We’d be in lockdown,
I became all sad,
And had a meltdown.
I couldn’t see friends,
Eat out or have fun,
I couldn’t go to the pool,
or play in the sun.
I finally decided,
To try and smile,
But that didn’t last,
Not for a mile
But I finally knew,
That this would last,
So I finally changed
And would forget my past
Now In lockdown,
I Scoot, Skate and Walk,
Play with my dog
And draw with chalk
